Diagnosis and treatment for specific eye problems - new floaters, pink eye, injuries, etc. Includes any needed follow up visits for up to 1 week. Also, standalone refractions for a glasses prescription with record of eye health exam completed within last 6 months.

With immediate online submission to the DMV. Fee is applied as store credit towards future exams/purchases. Included at no charge with any other exam or for current patients within one year of their previous exam.

Doctor directed follow up visits as needed for medical treatment, or contact lens follow ups outside of the initial 30 days.
